Downstream Processing
All common downstream processing methods are established from ml-scale to several hundred liters pilot scale for the development of robust and economical processes.
- Separation
- Cell lysis: chemical , sonication, glass bead mill, high pressure homogenization
- Filtration: Ultra-, Dia- and Microfiltration
- Membrane adsorption
- Chromatography: IEX, IMAC, HIC, SEC, RP, Affinity; 200µl – 4L column volumes, fully automated, packed bed and expanded bed absorption
- Formulation followed by lyophilization
