Mannanase for food processing
Industrial mannanases are already used in many applications of industrial processing like for example:
- Mannose release from plant material
- Hydrolysis of plant material e.g. Soy, PKE, etc.
- Manufacturing of instant coffee
- Production of Mannooligosaccharides
- Hydrolysis of yeast cell walls
- Improving oil extraction from oilseeds
DIREVO’s mannanase, perfectly suited to be used in these areas, is active over a broad pH-range and stable at temperatures up to 75°C. The product was already successfully tested in a number of applications and is available for sampling.
