Cellulase products
DIREVO developed a cellobiohydrolyase II (CBHII) with increased specific activity on wheat straw and soft wood to improve their saccharification. For this development DIREVO used a tailor-made assay system and was able to screen on particulate cellulose in 384-well plates.Two improved CBH2 enzymes were developed and are now available for testing.
